Every member of our team has completed extensive training in infection prevention and new safety protocols. Staff will check their temperature daily and wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including masks and eye protection, which will be changed after each client.

  • You will receive an email outlining our updated safety policies.
  • If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to COVID-19, we will reschedule your appointment without any cancellation fee.

  • Your temperature and oxygen levels will be checked. If you don’t pass the screening, we will reschedule your visit and refer you to your physician.
  • Masks are required. If you don’t have one, we will provide it.
  • We have reorganized our clinic to ensure social distancing, and patients will be directed to exam rooms to minimize waiting.
  • Please come to your appointment alone.

  • Exam rooms are thoroughly sanitized before and after each visit.
  • Offices are cleaned frequently throughout the day, and we use UV surface sterilizers throughout the medspa.
  • If you develop COVID-19 symptoms after your visit, please inform us so we can assist with contact tracing.
